Advisors

Advisors

These people play an important role as advisors to my business. I am beyond grateful for their evergreen encouragement, not so gentle pushing, sage wisdom and vital frankness.
I am even more appreciative of their counsel when it prickles. Maybe then I know I may have heard their message.

With Robert, I am reminded to apply excitement and humility to all learning.

With Aldo, I am reminded of the beauty and grace of technology.

With Kim, I am reminded of the worth of long associations and sound reputation.

With Sean, I am reminded of the significance of using names to make every person feel special, if only for a moment.

With Lynn, I am reminded to find importance and symbolism in the small things.

With David, I am reminded that opposition is engagement, and that is a good thing.

David White

David-White

David White works with large organisations to boost the performance of their business units. After years delivering big IT systems in big organisations, David realised that the best results were achieved when staff were engaged in their work. Further, if organisations reallocated a fraction of the money they spent on those IT projects into developing engaged staff, they would see the performance boost for which they were aiming.Peter Drucker said, “Culture eats Strategy for breakfast,” and that is no more clear than experiencing a large IT project or an organisational restructure fail. Now David designs and leads strategy execution programs drawing from the sciences of psychology and management. He coaches senior managers to execute strategy: to realign and hardwire an organisation or team around a new approach. David brings passion, compassion and intelligence to the questions and needs of large organisations and their leaders.

With David, I am reminded that opposition is engagement, and that is a good thing.

The company involves other highly-regarded individuals who workshop potential client solutions leveraging each others’ areas of core expertise.Through the lessons of his own metamorphosis, Aldo is able to add a deeper degree of integrity to his work.  Aldo knows about leadership. He recognises that behind every great organisation are great leaders who emanate from every level of the organisation. His keen passion is helping people discover the leader inside by operating from their Essence. Aldo’s vision continued to grow with the inclusion of programs by Tom Voccola, known for his book, “The Accidental CEO – from Ego to Purpose”. Aldo’s purpose is to help himself, and others, operate from our abundant Essence of self, rather than the greed of Ego.  That way we can create a prosperous future for all, now. One of the consultancy’s signature programs, Ego to Essence, E2E, designed with Jill Sweatman, has made appreciable beneficial changes in the lives of clients.Aldo is an early adopter, especially with technology.
